Shipping Information:

Regardless of the date you sign up, all orders ship at the same time each month. Orders will ship out starting on the 20th of the month. Your actual ship date may vary depending on how many orders I have, but I try to get them out as quickly as we can.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to signing up. I am not responsible if your package is returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship. I am not responsible for stolen items. If you have any concerns about your delivery you can call USPS with your tracking number and they should be able to assist you in filing a complaint.

In the event of an order that is lost in the mail, I will re-ship the items once it has officially been marked as lost by USPS.

International Orders: If you are outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all customs taxes and fees that may happen once the order is in their country. I have no idea what these will be as they vary by country. Please be aware of these potential fees prior to signing up!

FAQ'S

What is included in my subscription?
I currently have three subscriptions available:
- The Sticker of the Month Club includes 2 weatherproof stickers that you can use on your laptop, water bottle, kindle, or wherever you enjoy using stickers.
- The Print of the Month Club includes 1 art print each month. The size of the print depends on the size you signed up for.
- The Journal Sticker Happy Mail includes a collection of stickers to add to your journal each month. Every month is a different combination of items including: full-page stickers, border or corner stickers, sticker sheets, single stickers, and more. Each set is valued at at least $45.

Can I buy these monthly items in your main shop?

All items will be available for purchase in my shop a month after they ship to subscribers. For instance, the items that ship on September 20th will be available in my shop on November 1.

Does this fit my journal?

My Journal Sticker Happy Mail is currently available for 5 journal sizes. Please make sure you choose the appropriate size when you sign up.

When is the last day I can subscribe?

You can sign up at any time, but the cut-off date each month for subscriptions is the 15th. Any order that comes in after the 15th will ship the following month.

For example: If you sign up on October 12th, your order will ship on October 20th. However, if you sign up on October 17th, your first order will ship on November 20th.

But don’t worry! Your welcome gift will ship immediately after sign up to give you something to start using while you’re waiting!

When will my monthly box ship?

I start shipping orders on the 20th of each month. Regardless of the date your payment processes, I ship all subscription orders at the same time. The actual ship date may vary depending on how many orders I am processing at that time.

When will I be re-billed?

You will be re-billed on the same date that you signed up. So if you sign up on the 12th of the month you will be re-billed every month on the 12th.

Can I add items to my order each month?

Absolutely! In your welcome gift, I include an exclusive coupon code that you can use to add items to your subscription. They will just be added to the following month. 

What happens when I cancel?

Canceling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future renewal charges. If you have already paid for the current month, I will send that order and it will stop any future orders.
